This is the entire house, no second floor or attached apartment occupied by someone else.

Good to know

5 actual bedrooms (all with beds, no futons or sleep sofas, all BR have doors that close), A/C in every room, comfortable beds, and blackout curtains, sleeping will be amazing and have you ready for the fun and nearby activities of the day. We do not ask you to turn the A/C units off when not in a room. In fact, with our newer inverter type units, it is best to leave them on, just at an adjusted setting. The home has no occupied second floor or attached apartment. You get the whole house. Recently renovated and thoughtfully furnished, you will enjoy a nicely equipped kitchen with full size stove & oven, full size microwave, air fryer, and yes! a dishwasher (very rare in PR) The dining room has seating for your whole group for family meals or playing games. After the single step entry onto the front porch, there are no additional steps to most of the house, so it is ideal for someone with limited mobility. There is a small step into the play room side. Featured in the play room is a fun, super size basketball shooting game. Easy to unfold and enjoy hours of friendly competition! Keeps the score electronically so no cheating! There is a large TV in the living room and small TV’s in every bedroom for when it’s time to take a break. High speed WIFI is included. Full size stacked washer and dryer. Please be mindful to shake out any sand from towels before washing. Parking can be in the driveway and also on the street. Although there is a gate across the driveway, it is not necessary to keep it closed.

Other Details to Note

Please note that here in Puerto Rico it is not uncommon to experience a temporary power or water outage. These are completely beyond our control and usually of short duration. We have recently installed solar panels which will provide power for the basics during an outage. There are also flashlights available as well as water jugs for drinking or bathroom needs. These should get you through and are part of the Caribbean island adventure! No parties or extra guests beyond those on the reservation. No smoking inside or outside.

We had a fantastic experience there, everything is so good, the pool is amazing! Chris is super friendly to answer our questions. You can walk to the beach and have the beautiful sunrise. Also, the McDonald is pretty close that we went there several times, and there is a big local supermarket there as well. In short, here is the best place for you to enjoy your vocation!!

We had a great stay at Chris’s place. Spacious house with nice bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry area and little living room. Located in the quiet neighborhood but close to small bakery and stores, had everything one needs for a stay. We had a great weather and enjoyed the pool and front porch to hang out outside the house, was really exactly as on the description and fully fulfilled our expectations. Host was extremely helpful and responsive, flexible to our needs, for which we were very thankful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend for 4-6 people looking to stay in Luquillo.

Chris was very informative! My family and I had a very comfortable welcoming stay. We felt like home. The pool was so relaxing. We definitely sat on the porch the whole time we were at the house. The kitchen was perfect we didn’t need/want for anything! I mean down to beach chairs to use at the beach. 6 minute uber ride to the beach with over 40 shops to eat drink and shop at! 10 minute walk to grocery store. 2 minute walk to corner store. 4 minute walk to an amazing bakery. Even the neighbors were fantastic!

We went on a couples mini vacation and stayed at Chris’ place. We all loved it. It’s a spacious home with lots to offer and was very clean. Chris was very attentive to us as well as easy and fast to communicate with. You can walk to the beach, but it’s about a 25 minute walk. There’s a bakery 2 streets down (5 min walk). On our next trip we hope to stay at Chris’ place again. Thanks for having us🤗

Absolutely outstanding stay! From start to finish, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could have hoped for, even a few thoughtful extras I didn’t expect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The location was ideal, close enough to everything I needed, but tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. Chris was incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. Five stars across the board, I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home, only better!
