Heart of the Falls! Cozy for 2, Spacious for 8
Just one block outside of the official Historic District, this Craftsman style home retains much of the character unique to Cuyahoga Falls. Although updated with modern plumbing, electric, and even central A/C, the house was built in 1910 so please don’t compare her to new construction, there are plenty of old house quirks. Our 5 star ratings are because we give exactly what we promise, not a 5 star hotel but a clean, comfortable “home away from home” when visiting this exceptional area of Ohio.

Cuyahoga Falls is a beautiful place to visit in every season. Natural wonders include the scenic Cuyahoga River (kayak rentals are available at Burning River Adventures), Gorge Metro park, Blossom Music outdoor music venue, Sarah's Vineyard for a tour & tasting, Waterworks Park for the kids, and an abundance of nightlife for the adults! The house is just a few blocks from Downtown shopping, restaurants, and amphi-theatre.
Guest Access
Access is to the entire house and covered back patio. There is a nice sized yard which is fenced on all sides except across the driveway.
Good to know
An older home but nice & clean and we provide all the necessities for a great stay including a well equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill on a covered patio, all towels & linens, Wi-Fi and 50 in. Hi-def TV with Netflix, books, games, and a kids nook. In addition to 2 bathrooms, we have a lighted make-up vanity and full length mirror in each bedroom so if your visit includes dressing up... you can do that. As a note on the guest count, there are “sofa beds" in 2 of the bedrooms which are single futons and best suited to children (see photo.) So there are beds for 8 adults and then 2 more for kids, making the total of 10 if this is suitable for your group. We do welcome your furry friends with advance notice at time of booking. (There are just a few simple reminders for our guests with a pet.) Bedrooms are upstairs. One bathroom is upstairs and the 2nd is in the basement.
Other Details to Note
This is an entire house in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood. Driveway parking includes space for one under a carport. Fireplace in living room is decorative only but there is a firepit in the backyard. Firewood is available locally at Home Depot and several garden centers.
